Versatile Usage: Kasuri methi adds an irresistible, distinctive flavour and aroma to dals and Indian meaty or vegan curries. Rub the dried leaves between your palms and sprinkle over curries or veggies to accentuate the flavours of the dish. You could also add it to whole wheat dough or stuff it in parathas and theplas with other spices for flavourful Indian flatbreads.
