    Mamra is the typical Indian puffed rice that is often used to prepare hearty snacks and desserts such as Bhelpuri or Murmura Laddu. Usually the puffed rice is refined with spices or roasted in sugar.

    It is not only light and airy in texture, but also low in fat with a high content of vitamin B. Therefore, puffed rice is an excellent ingredient in muesli for a balanced breakfast.
