    Trassie Trafasie is an all-in-one spice made according to a secret family recipe. It is an essential part of the Eastern and Surinamese cuisine for the preparation of almost all dishes. Thanks to the many fresh herbs and spices, it gives the recipes an incomparable taste. Trassie Trafasie is easy to use: half a teaspoon is enough for 500 grams of meat, rice, pasta, fish or vegetables.


    Faja Lobi stands for sustainable products that can be used to prepare surprisingly delicious dishes from traditional Surinami cuisine. But the brand is not only very popular with the Surinamese, but has also made a name for itself with friends of vegetarian or gluten-free cuisine. In order to ensure the authentic home-made taste of the dishes, all products are developed in a balanced composition. The spice mixtures are allowed to mature in glasses 6 weeks in advance in order to bring out their aromas to their best advantage. The Faja Lobi products contain up to 30 different herbs and spices that are imported directly from the producer. It is less about ready-made products than about basic ingredients that can be used to prepare original family dishes. There are endless possibilities for variation: With each Faja Lobi product, up to 70 different exclusive dishes can be prepared.
