Khaman Dhokla is a popular delicacy from the Gujarati cuisine. It's light, has a spongy texture and has a great spicy taste. The main ingredients are chickpeas, spices and herbs. Haldiram's Khaman Dhokla can be defrosted in the microwave within a few minutes.


HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

MICROWAVE ONLY

1. Pierce film cover on the tray at several palces. Heat tray in microwave on high setting for 3 minutes.

2. Remove tray from microwave leaving film intact. As center of dhokla still cold, let stand for 3-4 minutes and then serve.
