About the product


Steamed rice & lentils cake.

 

Khatta Dhokla is a fermented and steamed sour cake made from rice, black lentils (urad dal) and sour yogurt. It is light, has a spongy texture and is mildly seasoned with ginger and green chillies. Haldiram's Khatta Dhokla can be thawed in the microwave within a few minutes.

 

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:


MICROWAVE ONLY
1. Pierce film cover on the tray at several palces. Heat tray in microwave on high setting for 3 minutes.

2. Remove tray from microwave leaving film intact. As center of Dhokla still cold, let stand for 3-4 minutes and then serve.
