Taste & Texture: Roti feels like actual nourishment. You can taste the wheat in the flour, but it still has the stretch and chew that you want. You can eat several in one sitting and still feel great because it’s light and filling.
Special Production: Our chapati and roti is prepared with freshly milled flour and ingredients in the most traditional way, free of artificial additives. If you want to enjoy India’s arguably most popular bread, you have to taste chapati! Made with ingredients originating from the Indian subcontinent, you get to taste a chapati that can easily match up to homemade ones.
Convenience: Well we know the struggle that Chapati is, right from kneading the dough to making a perfect shape and baking it super soft. Cut the chase and relish our pre-made chapatis which have been baked on cast iron tawa – you just need to heat it with some ghee if you fancy. Heat from both sides in a medium hot pan and apply butter while heating for a more crispy result!

Because the founding family Bhandari sorely missed the essence of traditional, wholesome Indian meals when they moved to Germany in the 1980s.
