    Fenugreek leaves are a very popular ingredient in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. They have a bitter taste and a strong aroma. Fenugreek leaf is also known as kasoori methi and is used in Indian recipes such as aloo methi, methi murgh, methi bhaji, and methi dal.

    Storage & Use:
    Wrapped in paper and stored in a cool place, fenugreek leaves can be kept for up to 5 days. For long-term storage, the leaves can be soaked in salt water, dried and fried before freezing in an airtight container. Fenugreek leaf is used in dal, curries, parathas, and rice dishes. Fresh green leaves can also be added to salads and soups or roasted.
