It features a signature aromatic bouquet with notes of roasted sweetness and a light, nutty flavor. The slender grains lengthen significantly when cooked, offering a fluffy yet pleasantly al dente texture. This versatile rice is ideal for biryani, pulao, curries, and stir-fries, as well as traditional desserts like kheer and rice pudding. Quick Cooking Guide: - Rinse briefly under running water. - No soaking required. - Use a water ratio of 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. - Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed. - Rest for 5 minutes, then fluff gently with a fork.Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
