Its firm, al dente texture and fluffy consistency make it an ideal choice for biryanis, pulaos, curries, and stir-fries. The parboiling process allows for a shorter cooking time without the need for soaking, providing consistent results for both domestic use and large-scale catering. This versatile rice also serves as an excellent base for traditional desserts such as kheer and rice pudding. Quick Cooking Guide: - Rinse briefly under running water. - No soaking required. - Use a water ratio of 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. - Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until the water is absorbed. - Rest for 5 minutes, then fluff gently with a fork.Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
