Product Description 
Chicken Masala Powder is a classic Indian spice blend specially formulated to prepare rich and flavorful chicken dishes. The carefully selected spices create a warm, aromatic, and well-balanced profile that enhances the taste of chicken during marination and cooking. Ideal for curries, dry preparations, and roasted dishes, this masala helps achieve authentic Indian flavor with consistent results, suitable for both everyday home cooking and professional kitchens.
Priya recommended recipe:
a) mix 2 teaspoons of priya ginger garlic paste with 1 cup curd and required salt, apply this paste gently to 1 kg chicken pieces and keep aside for ½ an hour.
b) fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies in edible oil till crisp. add 3–4 teaspoons of priya chicken masala powder and fry for 1 minute.
c) mix the contents of (a) with (b) add water as required and cook for 15 minutes in edible oil.
d) if desired, garnish with coriander leaves.
optional: for more pungency a pinch of chilli powder may be added at step (a).
