    Bhatura Mix is a convenient flour blend used to prepare traditional Indian bhatura, the soft and fluffy deep-fried bread commonly served with chole or other spiced curries. The mix is designed to deliver an authentic texture and taste, allowing consistent results while simplifying preparation. Ideal for home cooking as well as professional kitchens seeking traditional Indian bread with reliable quality.

    preparation: combine bhatura mix flour and contents of the sachet (instant dry yeast) in a bowl and mix well with a spoon. then add 5 tbsp oil and 8 tbsp curd and add the required amount of warm water (about 200-300 ml) for 400 gms of bhatura flour. knead it for 5 minutes till the dough becomes smooth and elastic. coat the dough with a few drops of oil, cover with a wet towel and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour. knead the dough well again and divide it into 12 equal portions. heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep fry the bhaturas on a medium flame till they puff up and turn golden brown. drain on an absorbent paper. serve immediately with hot chole.
