Moong Bhajiya Mix is a seasoned flour blend made from moong beans, used to prepare crispy Indian fritters known as bhajiya or pakora. When mixed with water, it forms a smooth batter that fries to a golden, crunchy texture with a savory and mildly spiced flavor. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or street-food style dish, it can be enjoyed on its own or served with chutneys and tea.

preparation: take 400 g of moong bhajia premix in a bowl. add 450 ml water to it and prepare a paste. keep the paste aside for 10 minutes. you may add coriander leaves and green chilli as per your taste. deep fry medium size moong bhajia in a pan on low flame till to get the golden brown (8–10 minutes). serve hot with tea.
