Dahi Bhalla Mix is a traditional Indian flour blend used to prepare soft and fluffy lentil dumplings, commonly served soaked in yogurt and topped with chutneys and spices. The mix helps achieve a light texture and balanced flavor, making it easy to recreate this popular North Indian street-food dish at home. Ideal for festive occasions, snacks, or appetizers, it delivers consistent and authentic results.

preparation: mix dahi vada instant mix in 585 ml of water. stir gently to make a smooth paste and keep aside for 15 minutes. take oil in a frying pan and place it on medium heat, fry the vada till it turns golden brown. drain the excess oil and allow to cool on an absorbent paper for 10–12 minutes. soak in water for 10–15 minutes and press each vada gently in the beaten curd for 10 minutes. garnish and serve with green chutney and gm foods meethi sonth.
