    Dosa Mix is a ready-to-use flour blend made to prepare traditional South Indian dosa, a thin and crispy fermented-style pancake. The mix allows quick and consistent preparation while preserving the authentic taste and texture of classic dosa. Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or light meals, it can be served with chutneys, sambar, or other savory accompaniments.

    preparation: add 1 cup (measure) of the mixture to one cup of water and half cup of sour curd and mix well. keep aside for 5 minutes. apply ½ tbsp oil on a pan on medium flame. spread evenly. rub them gently with a damp cloth. spread a few drops of water on the hot pan and rub the pan with a cloth. spread a sufficient amount of the batter on the hot pan on medium flame. pour 1 tbsp oil on the edges. heat till golden brown. serve hot. *rub the pan gently with a damp cloth to cool the pan.
