These soft and flexible breads are prepared using traditional methods and ingredients originating from the Indian subcontinent, ensuring a taste that matches homemade varieties. Each flatbread is pre-baked on a cast iron tawa to achieve a classic texture with a balanced stretch and chew. Ideal as a staple accompaniment to a variety of Indian dishes, these versatile flatbreads pair perfectly with lentils, beans, vegetables, or meat. They can also be used to create flavorful wraps. For a premium experience, heat both sides in a medium-hot pan and apply a small amount of ghee or butter for a slightly crispy finish. Store in a cool and dry place.
