    Sambar is a South Indian staple food and is made from lentils, onions, coriander, tomatoes and chili. This MTR dish goes perfectly with Naan, Chapati or Roti. Simply put the contents in a suitable bowl, microwave it for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
