Each naan is prepared using freshly milled flour and baked in a clay oven to achieve a bubbly, fluffy texture and a signature light crunch. This vegetarian flatbread is the perfect accompaniment to classic dishes such as chickpea masala, dal makhani, and shahi paneer. For a fresh-from-the-oven experience, simply sprinkle the naan with a little water and heat it in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place.
