The body and lid of Hawkins Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker are crafted from 100% stainless steel. The 4.06 mm thick aluminum core, ensconced between two stainless steel sheets, ensures uniform heating while maintaining a flat base that never bulges. Stainless steel, known for its brilliance, corrosion resistance, and hygiene, stays pristine, making it easy to clean. Versatility is key - safely use it for light and deep frying, as well as pressure cooking. The inside-fitting lid design enhances safety, pressure-locking the cooker like a jetliner door. A superior pressure regulating system minimizes sprouting of frothy foods. Strategically placed under the lid handle bar, the safety valve ensures downward deflection of steam during operation. The gasket, with minimal steam exposure, endures less wear during frequent opening and closing, prolonging its lifespan. Stay-cool handles contribute to safety. Adaptable to gas, induction, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops.
