Fresh red chili peppers are characterized by their bright colour and are an indispensable ingredient in Asian cuisine. They can be chopped and added to the particular dish during cooking and frying, or made into a powder. Fresh chillies are extremely hot, with the most intense heat being concentrated in the seeds.

Storage & Use :
Fresh chillies are best stored in the refrigerator. The pods should ideally be open and not in a closed container, otherwise condensation and mold can form. The fresh chillies keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. The pods can be chopped and fried or processed into a powder.
