This premium 100% Basmati is harvested in the Himalayan foothills and carefully aged to ensure a full-bodied flavor and significant elongation during cooking. The par-boiling process unlocks subtle, toasty notes and a mellow, roasted sweetness that complements its characteristic nutty fragrance. When cooked, the slender grains stretch impressively while remaining firm and al-dente. Its light, aromatic profile and fluffy, non-sticky finish make it an ideal choice for biryani, pulao, and pilafs, or as a sophisticated accompaniment to rich gravies and delicate sauces. Cooking Guide: - Rinse under cold water until clear. - Soak for 30 minutes to optimize elongation. - Use a ratio of 1.5–2 cups of water per cup of rice. - Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes. - Rest covered for 5 minutes, then fluff gently.Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
