Meat Masala Powder is a robust and aromatic Indian spice blend crafted to enhance a wide variety of meat dishes. The carefully balanced mix of spices delivers deep, warm, and savory flavors that develop fully during cooking, making it ideal for curries, stews, and slow-cooked preparations. Designed for consistent results, this masala helps recreate authentic Indian meat dishes with rich aroma and depth of taste.
Priya recommended recipe:
a) mix 2 teaspoons of priya ginger garlic paste, 1 cup curd and required salt. apply this paste gently to 1 kg tender meat pieces and keep aside for ½ an hour.
b) fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies in edible oil till crisp. add 3–4 teaspoons of priya meat masala powder and fry for 1 minute.
c) mix the contents of (a) with (b) add water as required and cook for 20–25 minutes in edible oil.
optional: for more pungency a pinch of chilli powder may be added at step (a).
