Puffed rice is also known as mumra, murmura or mamra. It is often combined with a little bit salt, oil, lemon and peanuts. The puffed rice can also be served with fresh coriander leaves in the form of a Chaat with Sev, Aloo Bhujia, finely chopped onion, boiled potatoes, coriander and mint chutney.
