Ching's Schezwan sauce is Indo- Chinese preparation and is used as base for delicious Chinese Schezwan recipes. This sauce is a fiery hot chili and ginger-garlic sauce, flavoured with Schezwan peppers and oriental spices. Schezwan sauce is insanely popular in Indian fast food centers and eateries.
