METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In the MICROWAVE:
Heat the frozen product in a microwave safe dish with a lid for approx. 3 min at 600 watts. Then leave to cool for approx 2 min at room temperature.

ADDITIONAL INFOS:
Store at -18°C
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
