Culinary Application

Toss the fried balls into a spicy-sweet Manchurian gravy with spring onions and bell peppers for a classic Indo-Chinese main, or serve them simply with a dipping sauce as party starters. They also work well tucked into fried rice or noodle bowls for an extra punch of texture.
