Haldiram's Minute Khana Aloo Kulcha is an authentic Indian flatbread traditionally stuffed with a savory blend of mashed potatoes and aromatic spices. These soft, fluffy kulchas are prepared to deliver a rich, spiced flavor profile and are inspired by classic clay oven baking. Ideal as a versatile meal or snack, they can be easily prepared on a stovetop or in an oven to achieve a tender texture. To enjoy, simply heat on a preheated pan for two minutes per side until soft, or bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
