    The Langra Mango brings one of India's most storied cultivars straight to your kitchen - a variety first grown in Banaras over 250 years ago and still prized across the subcontinent for its distinctive character. Unlike mangoes that turn deep orange when ripe, the Langra keeps its green-tinged skin even at peak maturity, hiding soft saffron-yellow flesh beneath.

    Enjoy the Langra chilled and sliced on its own, or blend it into lassi, shakes and kulfi. Its firm, fibreless flesh also holds up beautifully in chutneys, aamras and Indian desserts, where its aroma really comes through.
