Nanak's Paneer, 100% Vegetarian is equally suitable for the preparation of starters and tandoori as well as for vegetarian barbecue cuisine. The typical Indian cheese is characterized by an ideal moisture content, a smooth texture and excellent cutting ability. Due to the slightly porous surface, the paneer pieces can easily absorb the sauces and spices during cooking which gives them the traditional taste of the respective dish.
