Powder Biryani Masala is a finely ground Indian spice blend specially formulated to prepare aromatic and flavorful biryani. The carefully balanced spices enhance rice, meat, or vegetable dishes with warm, rich, and complex notes that are characteristic of traditional biryani recipes. Ideal for home cooking and professional kitchens, this masala delivers consistent taste and authentic aroma, helping recreate classic biryani with ease.
Priya recommended recipe:
a) take 500 g of washed basmathi rice with sufficient water, 1 cup of ghee / vanaspati, cut vegetables (beans, potatoes, carrot, green chilli pieces), roasted cashew, 50 g of priya biryani masala powder and required salt into pressure cooker / electronic rice cooker. mix the contents, close the lid and bake till rice cooks.
b) after completion of baking, mix once and serve hot.
optional: for better taste add few stems of fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves in the baked rice.
