preparation:
1) steamer: fill half of the steamer with water and boil. oil the tray and place momos. steam for 5 minutes.
2) air fry: set temperature at 360°c and air-fry for 8–10 minutes or until base is golden brown.
3) oven bake: preheat oven at 325°c and bake for 8–10 minutes or until base is golden brown.
serve hot with sauce.
