    About the product


    The Indian gooseberry is also known by the name Amla and has light green, translucent skin. The berries are small, round, crunchy and juicy with a sour and slightly bitter taste.

    Storage & Use:
    The amla berry can be eaten as a snack or processed into juices and smoothies. The berries should best be stored unprocessed on the stalk in the refrigerator. Washing should also be avoided for the time being in the refrigerator, as the moisture can promote mold growth.
