    About the product


    Indian green peas are small, rich in colour and sweet in taste. They are a popular ingredient in Indian cuisine and, thanks to their high fiber and protein content, are an ideal source of protein in the diet.

    Green peas can be refrigerated in a glass or plastic container for 3 to 4 days. They can be consumed raw or gently cooked and are used in Indian cuisine in curries, rice, parathas, soups and salads. The peas are cooked and then refined with butter and various spices according to taste.
